Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process your cancellation immediately. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the original purchase price. Please note that if your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details. We recommend including your order number and the email address used to place the order to expedite the cancellation process. Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's policies.

Only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded; original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error. For items purchased during promotional periods or with discounts, the refund amount will reflect the actual price paid after discounts. Gift purchases will be refunded to the original payment method used for the order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or payment provider, as some processing times may vary. Many financial institutions require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us with your order details and the date of your refund approval. We will investigate the matter with our payment processor and provide you with an update within 3 business days. In cases where a refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method.
